This is just a quick post and me sharing some trade secrets to my time management and keeping in touch with friends, family, and basically everyone I come in contact with.  In the past I used a text file and would tweak it monthly so that each one of my birthday greetings would be personalized by adding a name in front and short close at the end.  Today it hit me I have Voila and 26 custom prompts available.  I may do a series one of these days about the custom prompts too.

While doing Birthday greetings today I realized why not let AI do the greeting for me, I had already learned how to get the AI to write more like I do.   Within less than 30 minutes I now have a personalized Birthday Greeting that will change slightly each time I use it.  That is one of the nice things about AI and also a weakness of AI.  Yet at the same time if you tell the AI exactly what you want then 99.9% of the time you will get it.  And if you don’t get it then you just need to learn the right prompts.  Here is the tricky thing.  The same prompts do not work across the board for each AI and AI interface program.  That is why it is best to test and test often.

If you AI does not keep a chat history then you may like to keep one yourself.   I have currently three eMails.txt, Schedule.txt, Testing AI.txt.  That is just for now there may be more in the future, but Testing will be a catch all text product.  Currently putting current at the bottom of the files, but may flip it to top.  There are advantages to doing it each way.  At the bottom shows the progression of work better, at the top well that way a person learning could just jump to the most current prompt and go from there.  More I think about it that could be a better way to go.
